Meeting

• There shall be an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association once every year during the National Conference.
• There shall be a minimum of two (2) Executive meetings in a year. However, the President may call any emergency meeting as the need arises.
  
• There shall be an exhibition, seminar, workshop and conference at least once in a year.
  
• At the Annual General Meeting, the Secretary General and other Officers shall submit reports on the activities of the Association. In Particular, the Treasurer shall submit an account of the Association for the financial year during the Annual General Meeting.
